Learning doesn’t end when school finishes for the day. Snapask ensures that quality academic support is available whenever it is needed by students. There is no more waiting and students can focus on the actual learning process without needing to waste time to look for help.
Snap, ask, learn! Questions posted by students on Snapask are sent to our crowdsourced tutors, who help them in one-on-one online chat sessions. The quick response time is made possible by our diverse team of online tutors, who are handpicked based on their academic achievements. Tutors benefit from being able to earn money on-the-go without having to commit to regular tuition lessons.
The target users for Snapask are secondary school students – in particular ones who are studying for their O-Level exams. Since launching in September, over 1500 students have signed up on the app, with more rolling in each day as O-Level exams approach.
Snapask runs on a freemium model. Students and tutors are paid per question asked and answered, respectively. Through social media engagement and working in collaboration with online influencers that target our users, we are able to establish our presence and credibility among the local student community.
